Steingraeber & Sohne Piano is one of Germany’s hidden treasures.
Steingraeber was established in 1852 and is the epitome of handcraftsmanship, producing approximately
60 grands per year. Mr. Steingraeber has received numerous international prizes for his pianos, including
the WORLD’S BEST UPRIGHT (the 138), and the BEST GRAND PIANO under 2 meters (168 baby grand) in Paris.
Steingraeber has won these awards - “Best of the Very Best” consistently since 1988. These rare
masterpieces are owned by many of the world’s best pianists. Steingraeber’s new Concert Grand, the E272,
has been met by rave reviews in Europe and is now available in the U.S.
In 2008 Steingraeber will introduce the D-232 (7'7"). This piano provides the artist the sound and feel
of a concert grand in a more manageable size for home or small auditorium.
